Houthi attack fails in southern Saudi Arabia, drone destroyed



The Arab League has thwarted a Houthi drone strike in southern Saudi Arabia on Friday. سُپریم کورٹ سے معافی نہیں مانگوں گا

  انڈیا کے معروف ایکٹیوسٹ اور سینیئر وکیل پرشانت بھوشن نے توہینِ عدالت کیس میں سپریم کورٹ سے غیر مشروط معافی مانگنے سے انکار کر دیا ہے۔۔  عدالت نے انھیں توہینِ عدالت کا مرتکب قرار دیتے ہوئے 24 تاریخ تک کی مہلت دی تھی کہ وہ اپنے 'باغیانہ بیانات' پر نظر ثانی کریں اور عدالت سے غیر مشروط معافی مانگیں۔ پیر کو انھوں نے عدالت میں داخل کیے جانے والے اپنے جواب میں کہا ہے کہ 'ان کے بیانات اچھی نیت سے دیے گئے تھے اور اگر وہ معافی مانگتے ہیں تو یہ ان کے ضمیر اور اس ادارے کی توہین ہوگی جس پر وہ سب سے زیادہ یقین رکھتے ہیں۔'انھوں نے مزید کہا کہ انڈیا میں اگر لوگوں کو کسی ادارے پر سب سے زیادہ اعتماد ہے تو وہ سپریم کورٹ ہے۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ عدالت کے سامنے قانون اور آئین کی پاسداری کی اہمیت ہونی چاہیے نہ کہ مطلق العنان نظام کی حوصلہ افزائی۔۔ انھوں نے کہا کہ انھیں عدالت سے حاصل ذمہ داری ہی بولنے کا احساس دلاتی ہے۔۔ اس سے قبل جمعرات کو ہی یہ اندازہ ہو گیا تھا کہ وہ عدالت سے غیر مشروط معافی نہیں مانگيں گے۔ ان کی حمایت میں بہت سے بڑے وکلا اور انڈیا میں رائے عامہ بنانے والے افراد نے سپریم کو...
